XPLOCC began in 2014 as an engineering training initiative — the first delivery practice was training itself: chemical engineering process software, instrumentation software, and mechanical engineering CAD / CAE / CAM. We trained 10,000+ students across IITs, NITs, and other prestigious institutions, and engaged with ISRO’s HRDD at SDSC-SHAR for employee training and student internship programs. We later evolved into a service provider for IT & Digital and IoT services for industries. As training clients started asking us to commission what we were training them on, we extended further into Industrial Automation delivery. Today we run all three side by side, with the same educational DNA: document everything, explain the logic, and leave your operators genuinely equipped.

That work brought us into engagement with IITs, NITs, and other prestigious engineering institutions, plus ISRO’s HRDD at SDSC-SHAR for employee training and student internship programs. Training remains the foundational practice today.
We later evolved into a service provider for IT & Digital — web, eCommerce, Android & iOS apps, cloud, data analytics, ERP, SMS gateway — and IoT services for industries.
Training clients in industrial automation kept asking us to commission what we were training them on, so we extended further into Industrial Automation delivery. Today we engineer, commission, and maintain automation systems for process industries across 2 states — sugar mills, distilleries, power plants, food and chemical lines.
We work both as a turnkey integrator and as the team plant managers call when something breaks. Our engineering bench spans PLC, DCS, SCADA, VFD, panel design, instrumentation, IoT, plus the full software/cloud stack — all delivered by engineers on our own payroll.
XPLOCC didn’t start as a project shop. We started as engineers training other engineers — and the institutions we’ve trained alongside still shape how we run a delivery today.

That work also brought us into engagement with ISRO’s HRDD — the Human Resource Development Division at SDSC-SHAR (Satish Dhawan Space Centre). HRDD is the core department within ISRO centers that handles employee training and student internship / project trainee programs. Our role spanned curriculum delivery and trainee mentorship.
We later evolved into a service provider for IT & Digital — web, eCommerce, Android & iOS apps, cloud, data analytics, ERP, SMS gateway — along with IoT services for industries. The classroom rigor we built around process and instrumentation software carried directly into the products we ship today.

Leads all technical delivery at XPLOCC — engineering standards, logic design reviews, FAT documentation, and the IoT/software side of every deployment. Spans the full stack from PLC and SCADA on the plant floor to the dashboards and operator apps above it.
