We approach every project as a teaching exercise: document everything, explain the logic, and leave your operators genuinely equipped. We built the company we wished we’d had as plant managers.
XPLOCC Technologies started in 2014 in Lucknow as an educational platform, training engineers in industrial automation and controls. That foundation — systematic curriculum, documented practice, operator-first thinking — became the DNA of the automation consultancy we are today.
We pivoted into project delivery when clients kept asking us to commission what we were teaching. Today we engineer, commission, and maintain industrial automation systems for process industries across 2 states — sugar mills, distilleries, power plants, food and chemical lines.
We work both as a turnkey integrator and as the team plant managers call when something breaks. Our engineering bench spans PLC, DCS, SCADA, VFD, panel design, instrumentation, and IoT — all delivered by engineers on our own payroll.
Beyond automation, XPLOCC also runs a Digital & IoT division for web, eCommerce, and bespoke IoT products — the bridge between the plant floor and the dashboards above it.

Leads all technical delivery at XPLOCC — engineering standards, logic design reviews, FAT documentation, and the IoT/software side of every deployment. Spans the full stack from PLC and SCADA on the plant floor to the dashboards and operator apps above it.
