The problem space

Food automation is half process, half audit.

Recipe accuracy, batch consistency, and CIP completion are the operational hits. But every line also has to survive FSSAI, HACCP, and customer audits — which means every batch needs an electronic audit trail, traceability from raw material to packaged product, and tamper-proof records.

We build automation that handles both: tight batch control on the process side, and rigorous reporting on the compliance side. Most projects also include line-level OEE monitoring.
